All About Him Prayer

“Heavenly Father, For You sent Jesus into the world and for such a time as this.

You sent Him to be our Savior and Lord. The one who brings us peace in the midst of the storms of life, the Prince of Peace.

I will go into the world by means of even my social avenue to tell this world, Jesus loves them and gave His life for them.

The Good News is the best news for all to hear, and right now is the time. In Jesus’ name,

Amen.”

It’s ALL about HIM

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.” John 1:10

“I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me.” — Jeremiah 27:5 KJV

The Gospel message is getting a little lost these days with all the attention being paid to the pandemic, and a lot of people have lost track of the fact that it is all about Jesus.

“When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.” (Colossians 3:4)

Ask random people what Jesus means to them, and you are likely to wait a long time until you hear anything about Jesus or the cross. Our message, from beginning to end, is Jesus. Who He was, who He is, what He said, what He did, and what He is going to do.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

We need to have a Jesus movement right now in the middle of the pandemic. Everything needs to focus on Jesus. We have an ideological society that has rejected religion and the institutional church. Right now, the church is online in their homes, live on Facebook, YouTube, and Vimeo. Everyone needs a savior, and Jesus needs to be the central figure in all of this.

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

Our message is all about a person, and our mission is to share that person with the world. God made us belong to Him; we wandered away; Jesus is the way back.

Our society right now needs this personal message. That is non-threatening. That is all about a meaningful relationship with God that comes to someone by way of a meaningful relationship with them. There is not a lot of baggage here. There is not a better time in our lifetime than right now to share this message.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)

Our primary concern should be to introduce ourselves to people and in doing so, to introduce them to Jesus, because, as far as we are concerned, that is who it is all about. The best part is you do not have to leave your house to do it.

“And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15)

Jesus came to save us, unite us, and teach us to love one another. It is that simple. You can think of two-three people right now who need the Good News of the Gospel. It is as easy as inviting them to receive this daily devotion.

Who will you share Jesus with today?
